Ashvinder Sahota

Ashvinder Kaur Sahota is a Trainee Solicitor in our Conveyancing department.

Ashvinder joined Stantons in October 2024 after graduating from the University of Southampton in 2024 with an Upper Second-Class Honours in her Law degree. She is working towards becoming a Solicitor and will qualify in 2027. She works in the Conveyancing department dealing with a variety of residential property matters, including sales and purchases.

Mia Stanton

Mia Stanton is a Probate Paralegal in our Private Client department.

Mia joined Stantons in September 2022 . She became a Probate Paralegal in May 2025. Mia supports the Partners and Probate Manager in the Private Client department and undertakes a variety of work in all private client matters including wills & estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and probate, including intestacy.

Claire Grylls

Claire Grylls is Supervising Partner at Stantons and Head of the Family Department.

Admitted as a solicitor in 2012, Claire is also a Notary Public.

Claire joined Stantons in May 2019 as a highly regarded and recognised solicitor in the local community with a history in conveyancing at a leading regional law firm. She has a particular interest in helping clients deal with property disputes. Her broad range of knowledge and specialist skill set enable her to provide clients with comprehensive support. Her in depth knowledge of property allows her to understand the potentially complex issues that could arise, which allows her to give first-class advice.

Claire has been shortlisted for the Kent Women in Business Award for Inspiring Leader of the Year 2026 and was shortlisted as a finalist in the Kent Law Society Awards 2024. She is a Member of Resolution and Kent Law Society. She specialises in family law, including divorce, children, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, unmarried couples, etc.

Sharon Davey-Holpin

Sharon Davey-Holpin is a Senior Solicitor and Mediator in our Family department.

Sharon joined Stantons Solicitors in January 2026 as a Senior Family Solicitor and Mediator. She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and as a mediator in 2011. As a trained mediator, Sharon focuses on constructive dispute resolution and helping clients reach practical, forward-looking solutions. She is known for her clear, empathetic advice and for supporting clients through emotionally challenging situations with professionalism and care.

Sharon is a member of Resolution, Kent Law Society and the Family Resolution Space (https://thefamilyresolutionspace.co.uk/), the latter being a group of likeminded professionals, committed to working in a collaborative and non-confrontational way, when dealing with family separation.

Sharon is also a volunteer with the Kent Law Clinic based at Kent University, providing pro-bono advice and assistance. She is also part of the mentoring scheme recently set up for students studying law at Kent University.

Nadia Winn

Nadia Winn is a Solicitor in our Family department.

Nadia joined Stantons in May 2025 from a Regional all-service Law Firm in Sussex. Nadia qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and specialises in Family Law. Nadia undertakes a variety of family law work to include divorce, matrimonial finances, cohabitation disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements and child arrangements.

Nadia prides herself on her personal, meticulous, and proactive approach to the most sensitive of cases; always striving for the best outcome for her clients.
